counselling SERVICES
We provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can address mental health issues

Mental Health Services
We offer mental health and life skills services to black and brown youth and adults aged 10 to 65 from low-income families. Our focus is on addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma while also providing skills that promote success and well-being.

Case Management
We offer wraparound services that include referrals to various programs and organizations that support individuals' well-being and success. These services are not one-size-fits-all but specifically tailored to meet your unique needs.

Job Development
We provide comprehensive services to help individuals enhance their job prospects, including resume writing, mock interview coaching, and strategies for effectively presenting oneself, especially for those with a criminal background. We aim to empower you to impress potential employers and succeed in your job search.

Life Skills / Mentoring
We offer essential training in decision-making, time management, budgeting, and communication skills to equip you to effectively navigate life's challenges and receive the support you need to succeed.

WHO WE SERVE
Branches of Life Institute is dedicated to supporting Black and Brown communities, recognizing the unique challenges they face. Our culturally sensitive approach ensures that each individual feels seen, heard, and understood, with personalized support tailored to meet their specific needs.
